1. Wade Wilson/Deadpool Yes of course, Deadpool will be modified after Ryan Reynolds just like in the original 616 comics and yes will still break the fourth wall and actually will likely have the same relationship with Spider-Man as he did with Wolverine in Deadpool & Wolverine.
